CVS laptop Services guarantees any product purchased either from our website or in person at our retail premises in Stafford that the product is free from defects and workmanship.
Nearly new refurbished product (including laptops) - 6 months warranty
Second hand product - 3months warranty
New unopened boxed product - 12 months warranty
Please note that in the event that you do have a warranty claim please ensure that you contact us to obtain a return to base number.
Make sure you have your receipt and any of the original packaging materials.

Warranty conditions
1. All Defective product/s will be brought back in its original packaging and accessories, inc the receipt. Products not complying with the above will be rejected.
2. The failed product may be taken to our repair centre upon agreement by the purchaser within the warranty period. All work will be guaranteed for a period of 3 calendar months from the date of completion with no Labour/Parts charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
3. Customers will be offered an alternative product subject to an agreement with the customer in the event of the exact product being either discontinued or out of stock. The warranty period rolls over from the original purchase date.
4. If the alternative product offered or requested becomes greater value than the original product returned the difference from the old will be charged.
5. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the item.
6. When returning the item in question please quote your serial number, and receipt no; for authorisation either by telephone or by email or in person.
